How to Submit Feedback

There are different ways to submit your feedback:

1. Email: Send an email to broadband-equity@lists.uchicago.edu with your comments, suggestions or critiques.
2. Online Form: Fill out our online feedback form below.

3. GitHub: Reach out to us via GitHub repositories. You can submit bug reports, request new features, and give us general feedback for the data and the software.

What Kind of Feedback Should You Submit?

We welcome all kinds of feedback that can help us improve our software and data products. Some areas you could focus on include:

• General user experience
• Software or data features you like or dislike
• Bugs or errors you have encountered
• Performance issues
• Inconsistencies in measurement data
• New built-in measurements or enhancement to current measurements
• Issues with Netrics measurement scheduling and measurement parameter configuration
• Ideas for research and policy applications of Netrics software and data

How We Use Your Feedback
