Jared Schachner is a Research Scientist at the USC Price School of Public Policy. His research examines neighborhood-level disparities in broadband access and the effects of broadband expansion programs on educational outcomes. He is a co-PI on NSF-funded projects examining how to conceptualize and measure city- and neighborhood-level disparities in broadband access, in collaboration with the Internet Innovation Initiative.
